Ingredients:
200gm Bread flour
200gm Bread flour
50gm cake flour
45gm castor sugar
45gm castor sugar
5gm Milk powder (any brand will do)
1/2tsp Bread improver (saya tak letak)
5gm salt
6gm Instant Yeast
5gm salt
6gm Instant Yeast
1/2 egg
110gm cold water (direct from fridge)
110gm cold water (direct from fridge)
35gm margarine / butter (guna butter lg sedap)
Method:
(1) Add all the ingredients together in a mixer except margarine & beat for about 10 mins.
(2) Add in butter and continue beating for another 5 mins.
(3) Roll into a round ball and let it proof for 45 mins. covered.
(4) Weigh and scale the dough into 60 gm dough and let it rest for another 10 mins.
(5) Roll into any shape & put any filling as you love & arrange buns onto tray and let it proof for another 45 mins.
(6) Brush with egg glaze and bake at 190C for about 10 mins. or till cooked. (7) After baked, brush with a salted butter for a glossy look.
